  For USA shipment, our fresh green teas are shipped directly from Japan to our warehouse in Washington on a weekly basis. We ship all our fresh green tea to you from our warehouse in Washington via USPS. This shipping approach allows us to reliably ship fresh green tea speedily to your door without any international shipping involved after you order. 

  For Canada, UK, and Australia, we ship items to our warehouse in each country and ship to you within the country; therefore, you do not need to pay import duty like purchasing from other companies.

  We Now Ship Our Products Internationally 

  Simply select your country when checking out and our website will calculate the shipping price. 
  For most countries, the shipping price is $29.99 flat rate per order. (This means that the more you order at once, the better deal for you.)
  Unfortunately, the free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders. 
  
  The item will be shipped using USPS International Priority Shipping with Tracking. It usually takes between 6-10 days for most of the country.

  Whichever shipping method you choose on the first order will be retained for all future orders. If you choose free shipping today, it will lock in the free shipping for all the time until you unsubscribe.

  Order Confirmation:

  Immediately after you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been registered in our secure system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. The system automatically notifies us so that we can start processing your order to be shipped. Our system tracks inventories in real-time. On the rare occasion that the item is back-ordered or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email. If your items are available for shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charge, and the order is submitted for shipment.   Damaged Goods:

  We do our best to ensure that you get your product in excellent shape, and it is our top priority that you are satisfied with your order, every time. However, things do happen, and your item may be damaged during the delivery process. Please inspect the package immediately after the item arrives or when signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, please take a picture of the damaged material and send the photos to Returns@JapaneseGreenTeaIn.com. We will make sure that you receive the replacement product as soon as possible. 

  Missing Goods:

  If you notice any missing or damaged items, please send us the information at Returns@JapaneseGreenTeaIn.com. 

  Cancellation & Returns:

  We understand that we all change our minds sometimes. You can cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase at no cost. We will simply refund you the full amount. After 48 hours, cancellation is subject to a $10 administration fee whether the item has been shipped or not. If your order is already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be credited to your credit card which you originally used to place the order. Our partnership with the best Japanese Green Tea Farms in Japan allow us to acquire their products at reasonable costs, which we transfer to our customers in form of lower prices. We want our customers to get the best price on any of the products they purchase.

  If you find any other online store which sells the same item for a lower price within 6 months of the date of your purchase, please let us know and we will be glad to match that price and refund you the difference. This is true for our store as well; if you find that our store is lowering the price on a product you purchased from us less than 6 months ago, we will refund you the difference.   To request your partial refund, simply email us a link of the product whose price has been lowered and your order ID. We will process your request and credit your credit card accordingly.
