How It Works
- Tell us how many gifts, your budget per gift and when you need them.
- Gwen sends options and pricing, usually within one or two business days.
- Approve and pay a secure online invoice.
- We pack and ship to one address or to each person on your list.
Ready-made gifts can go out quickly. Custom-label tea bags and some gifts take a few extra weeks to prepare, so tell us your date and Gwen will confirm the timing before you order.
A Japanese Tradition of Thank-You Gifts

Gwen has over 10 years of working experience in Customer Service, Marketing and Public Relations in international and local companies.
Holding a BA degree in Business Management and Administration, Gwen also has working experience in the Financial Sector. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Relations, which helped her gain additional knowledge in PR and communication.
Having worked as an International Customer Service Advisor, she gained essential customer service skills, so Gwen clearly understands the importance of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
As our Concierge, Gwen puts together gift options that fit your budget and your timeline, coordinates every brand in your order, and makes sure each gift arrives on time. She takes care of the details, so you don't have to.
