How is your new year starting out for you?  Long weekend in the USA. I hope you are doing well. 
 
Earlier, I shared the Hojicha Almond Daifuku recipe with you, and the recipe was so popular that we decided to make another recipe with banana, following one of the customers' suggestions.

As you may know, we used to only have loose-leaf hojicha, but as mentioned earlier, we now have powdered hojicha, so these recipes can be made more easily without grinding loose-leaf hojicha.
