Hi
I hope your week is starting well and happily.
I have some news I want to share with you.
First of all, thank you so much for all your support and encouragement about the Coffee Fest.
It went very well, and we met with many great cafe, shop/bakery/restaurant owners, as well as coffee-related individuals, with whom we are excited to work.
We are thrilled that our tea and coffee are being recognized and will be used in many more places than ever before.
And a great thanks go to Balmuda, our beloved brand, which helped us to be part of our booth.
Sasuga-desuさすがです!... we learned a lot from working with Balmuda, and people truly enjoy our sumiyaki coffee brewed in their masterpiece coffee maker, the Brew.
(In case you have not seen it, you can check our story here.)
Another exciting thing I want to share.
We are so honored to be part of this event, which the owner of Sake Secret, Greg, created to mimic the great experience of Saijō Sake Festival 西条酒祭りhe had when he lived in Hiroshima for 6 years.
Greg speaks better Japanese than I (really!). If you know me well, you know that I came to the USA as a kid, so my Japanese isn't that good.
Do you know kakuuchi (角打ち)? I explained in the story below, so please check it out.
I hope you are around Long Beach and join us this Saturday, it will be fun.
As usual, we will have a surprise and try something totally new this time that we have never done before.
Thank you very much for all your support and for following us.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!
With love and gratitude,
Kei Nishida
& the team from Dream of Japan
