Our first-ever spring seasonal coffee just dropped!
Sakura Blend is a limited-time blend from Sapporo Coffee Kan — and here's the thing everyone asks:
Is it sakura-flavored?
Nope!
No cherry blossom essence at all.
It's a light, fruit-forward coffee crafted to capture the feeling of spring — and it pairs beautifully with sakura sweets.
It's available while supplies last, and a new 1kg bulk option (buy 4, get 1 free!) — our first time offering bulk, and it came from your suggestions!

Second - How the Sumiyaki Roasting Machine Works
Ever wondered what actually happens inside the charcoal roasting machine that roasts all of our coffee?
We just published an article that walks you through the entire process — from green beans entering the hopper, to Far Infrared rays from Binchotan charcoal roasting them from the core, all the way to the finished product.
(The machine is also a gorgeous Italian red. Just saying.)
